Please allow 5-7 business days for a response. In most cases concerning lost or damaged orders, a claim will be immediately filed with the shipping service and order replacement or refund for lost or damaged items will be handled from there.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for orders which contain inaccurate street and billing addresses. Please make sure the address you input on the order form is up to date, accurate, and has a working and accessible mail or drop box.
