Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. In most cases concerning lost or damaged orders, a claim will be immediately filed with the shipping service and order replacement or refund for lost or damaged items will be handled from there.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for orders which contain inaccurate or unmatching street and billing addresses. Please make sure the address you input on the order form is up to date, accurate, and has a working and accessible mail or drop box.
