Refund policy

We do not accept returns on international orders at this time. 

Returns for US orders accepted by mail within 30 days of purchase for damaged or defective products. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact customer service at alchemist@alchemistclinicalskincare.com to approve your return and receive a return shipping label. Include your order number in your email along with reason for your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for a customer service representative to begin the return process and respond to your request. 

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for orders which contain inaccurate or unmatching street and billing addresses. Please make sure the address you input on the order form is up to date, accurate, and has a working and accessible mail or drop box.

Emptied or very heavily used product will not be accepted for return or refund

Returns are accepted for damaged and defective products. 

We can not accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have allergies and/or sensitivities, please read ingredient lists carefully and consult a physician before use. 

Orders placed without a valid or working email address will be canceled and not shipped.
